With a bike on the road you can enjoy the great freedom. At least that’s how I felt – on the tour across France from Luxembourg to Brittany. Here the second part, from Reims via Beauvais and Rouen, with a detour to the Normandy coast, to Mont Saint Michel.
By bicycle across France – from east to west, Luxembourg to the Breton coast. The first part of a travel story runs through beautiful landscapes and cities from Longwy on the Luxembourg border to Reims.
In his „Wanderungen durch die Mark Brandenburg“ (Walks through the Mark Brandenburg), the writer Fontane dedicated an entire volume to this region. Quiet forests and clear lakes as well as charming towns with a lively history make the area north of Berlin a charming destination for small escapes from everyday life. Here you find a good access for the first information.
With a GPS device and an openstreetmap – chart you will quickly find your destination. Whether as a hiker or long-distance cyclist – outdoors and in the city … even if it’s about the pizza 🙂
